The people behind the framework

Behind the HITSLeadership is a small but deliberate team of advisors and practitioners who believe leadership should feel steadier than it does.

This work isn’t built by theorists or motivational voices. It’s shaped by people who have spent years inside real businesses—navigating complexity, pressure, uncertainty, and responsibility—while learning what actually helps leaders make better decisions in the moments that matter.

Right now, HITSLeadership is led by its founder, Andrew Bloo. As the system grows, so will the team—carefully and intentionally. Every person added will share the same grounding principles: clarity over urgency, observation over reaction, and practical leadership that holds up in real life, not just on paper.

This page will continue to evolve, but the standard won’t change.

Andrew Bloo – Founder, Architect of the HITSLeadership™ Framework

I didn’t set out to create a leadership system. I set out to survive pressure without losing myself—or the people around me.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside small business owners, operators, and leaders who were smart, capable, and deeply committed—but stretched thin by complexity, urgency, and constant decision-making. I saw the same patterns repeat: leaders reacting instead of leading, fixing symptoms instead of systems, carrying more than they needed to because no one had ever shown them a better way.

Life eventually forced me to slow down in ways I never would have chosen. During periods where control was limited and outcomes were uncertain, one truth became impossible to ignore: clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder—it comes from paying closer attention. The most effective leaders aren’t the loudest or busiest. They’re the ones who can observe clearly, tell the truth about what’s happening, and make small, steady adjustments that actually stick.

That realization became the foundation of HITSLeadership.

HITSLeadership is built around a simple idea: leadership should be practical, repeatable, and human. It’s not about motivation, charisma, or heroic effort. It’s about learning how to slow the moment down, understand what’s really happening in your business or team, and respond with intention instead of urgency.

Today, my work focuses on helping leaders create stability—inside their organizations and within themselves. Not by adding more frameworks, tools, or pressure, but by teaching a way of seeing and working that reduces noise, improves judgment, and restores confidence over time.

I believe leadership should feel steadier than it does. And I believe most leaders already have what they need—they just haven’t been given the space or structure to use it well.

“Leadership doesn’t improve when we move faster.
It improves when we learn to see more clearly.”

Andrew Bloo
